Instructions
- Keep the chicken mince in a colander/mesh to remove excess water.
- Mix together chicken mince , onion,greenchilli,corianderleaves, salt , garam masala , cumin powder , gingergarlicpaste , redchilli powder, 2 tbsp of bread crumbs (adjust ading the bread crumbs to make it thick pattice to hold the chicken mix firm.
- Take a portion of chicken mix flatten it and keep the boiled egg in center and cover it with the mix tightly and keep in fridge for 15 mins
- Take a flour in a bowl mix it with water to form a thin paste .Take bread crumbs in another bowl.
- Dip the coated egg in maida mix then roll in bread crumbs and refrigerate for another 15 mins and fry it
